30 Day Drawing Challenge: A Couple
I’m told these two are a couple now so here they are. To me Superman will always be George Reeves and Wonder Woman the gorgeous Lynda Carter so I drew them that way. Since this is way out of my normal comfort zone I had to use a lot of reference photos to get this close to being right so please no bad comments I did the best I could (lol). I know Christopher Reeves seems to be the fan favorite Superman but I grew up with George. They ran the old Superman TV series on a local channel when I was a kid. It came on right after the local kiddie show hosts in the morning (in our town that was Cowboy Bob and Janie). I would watch in awe and, despite it’s corny writing and silly antics, I still enjoy it to this day. The only bad part of the show for me when I was a kid was knowing that when it was over I had to go to kindergarden….
